Once a document that was commented on has been approved, the comments can be exported to a spreadsheet for distribution outside of ALIM. Responses to the comments are then added to the spreadsheet and imported back into ALIM. At this time, the export/import process requires ALIM Web with the "Comments Tracking Plug In" enabled. Once the responses have been imported, they appear Comments tab. For example:

Internally to the ALIM application, the submitters of a document can reply to comments by clicking Reply to Comment. Each comment may only have one reply, but information can be appended to the reply using the same Reply to Comment link.
